Hello, I ordered with Pink Cherry Company. Paid a little more for expedited shipping. They promised a certain day delivery but it didn"t arrive.
I emailed to them and they said that the parcel will arrive by the next day. Well, I waited and then they sent me an email saying that the UPS driver claimed that the receiver "me" refused the delivery??
There was never any UPS driver. Further, why would a client refuse a delivery if they've already paid for it?
Their business just doesn"t make sense.
I would not recommend them. What they have is a problem with logistics. Not product. But you can have all the product in the world, what good will do your company if you can"t deliver??

Worst customer service. I ordered a toy on Aug 3rd and tried to immediately cancel it. I was not allowed to. Then I was charged $121.88. I was told when the item arrives I had to deny delivery or write return to sender. They gave me no information on the package so I ended up returning the wrong package to the post office following the directions of denying delivery.
Then, I get another email stating the tracking info and that UPS would be delivering it. So when the actual package came I brought it to UPS to deny delivery, but they said the only way to make returns was with a prepaid return shipping label. So I contact Pinkcherry to inform them that its impossible for me to make a return without a prepaid label. And customer service refuses to send me one and promises I won't be charged. Well, I drive to UPS again and again they said they never do business that way and I had to pay another $14 and change to make the return. So now I'm out over $136 total its 23 days later and I have yet to see a penny of my money returned. Even though UPS informed me over a week ago that the return had reached its destination successfully. I found the same toy on Amazon much cheaper to. Do not do business with these crooks!

No Customer Service

We purchased an item. The item failed to charge. After multiple attempts throughout the year to try and contact them no response.. I believe now we’re past the year warranty. Wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone.

IF you want to be treated like a criminal buy from this company

I wanted to buy more sex toys so I decided to buy another Joyboxx, a specific sex toy box. I couldn't find it anywhere near the price I paid years ago so I contacted Joyboxx, that then RECOMMENDED Pinkcherry.ca to me. It has been a nightmare from both companies ever since. Joyboxx does not deserve customers as they didn't care at all except they didn't want to hear about it. They took no responsibility for their recommendation and that includes upper management.

Pinkcherry.ca's website accepted my order but then instead of a shipping notice, I was sent a suspected fraud e-mail and that my order was cancelled. I wrote them and contacted my credit card company. The fraud dept of my card assured me the purchase was approved and nothing wrong on their side. I have an excellent credit rating, for the record. Anyhow pinkcherry.ca then implied it is my address on my account. I used this account several times before and my address is still correct. I tried the purchase through PayPal as it was first advised with the suspected fraud e-mail. I did not want to use PayPal. Same thing happened. The company is refusing my orders due to my flagged account. They are treating me like a criminal. I just bought toys elsewhere weeks ago but they don't sell this toy box. I wrote Daniel Freedman, the CEO and left him a phone message. All has been ignored. I also wrote the president and no response as well. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Buy elsewhere unless no choice.

If I could give zero stars I would. They double charged me on a 200$ order and I cannot get a hold of anyone to even rectify this. Terrible company and I will never spend my money there again.

Ghosted and out $140 - defective products!

After receiving a defective product I paid $140 bucks for I reached out to their customer service who agreed to exchange it. One month later I receive a replacement. Still defective! They promised to give me points to make up for it and told me to throw the defect out. They put 1400 points on my account (which is $14!) so I reached out several times to resolve. They haclve completely ghosted me and now I have NOTHING ffor $140 I dished out.

Usually have had okay experiences with…

Usually have had okay experiences with this company. Made a 100 dollar order 2 weeks ago. The most expensive toy in it died after 5 uses. \
Looks like they won't post my review on the toy as their ratings are all inflated- and from looking online other people say pink cherry didn't post their honest unhappy reviews either.

Save your money!

Items were reported as not delivered (even though I am on lockdown and have been for months and have been home 24-7 with my wife) and returned, the company did not inform me about anything that... after a month I finally decided to look into my package to find out that it was returned and 9 days prior.... no email no refund or nothing. I honestly believe that if I didn’t look into this, the company would have kept my money and my package.still no refund at this time.
Save your money and the headaches and shop elsewhere.

Good Customer Support and Really Quick Resolution

Had an issue with one of my products several months after purchasing from Pink Cherry. I contacted the manufacturer of the toy first but they didn't reply back with a resolution. I mentioned the issue to Pink Cherry and they swiftly generated an RMA and took care of the issue even though it was past the time period of involvement. They really did not need to do that and could have just left me with the manufacturer who was not being cooperative, but instead, they stepped up to the plate. Awesome customer support - the type of thing that makes a loyal customer.

Items don't work, or fail early.

I have never had a toy last and i've had few that work after one use. I have bought items ranging from $19 to $150 - so thats a lot of money to lose. Also, they don't accept returns, for good reason, but they don't refund you if something is faulty either. Waste of money and fairly certain now that the product reviews are completely falsified. The best item I ever got from Pink Cherry was a free gift with purchase! LOL! which is hilarious to me. Go to LoveHoney.com instead, and save your money.

Never sign in to this site

This company's website will send you a trolling email about what you look at on their site. Not just what you put in your cart but anything you look at. Very invasive and creepy in my opinion. Let's hope no one else sees your emails after you go window shopping.

World Class Service

This was the first time I purchased this type of item online and I found the website and customer service to be exceptional. They definitely have a customer for life!!!
